Regarding the white wine, we are after the perfect balance between the freshness of the sauvignon, with its citrus and boxwood aromas. And the complexity of the semillon’s fruit, an exotic fruit of the mango – apricot – candid lemon with white blossom aromas: to obtain these very particular revelations we vinify our semillons in barrels so we can mature them “on the lees” and thus extract all their fat and richness.

As you enjoy these wines aromas like liquorice appear, the lightly wooden side of it being the consequence of barrel vinification is wanted subtle and not dominant.

These wines are excellent with asparagus and artichokes, fish and poultry, strong soft cheese, fruit salads and lemon tarts.
