Added to the blending of wines such as semillon-sauvignon that we can find in our 1^st wine, we have chosen excellent plots of sauvignon born of great white wine terroirs : very typical of this variety, this wine marks by its citrus nose, its freshness when in mouth and its light mineral overtones ; all of good length and never heavy.

 

You will enjoy it during outdoor buffets, on oysters with grilled fish, terrines and goat cheese.
