Its main aspect is its aromatic character, its undergrowth and humus scented nose, as well as blackberry and currant fragrant; once in mouth its the liquorice and the cherry of the cabernet franc which express themselves… also the fruit drop of the merlot, with small tinges of cherry fruitstone and a light toasted.
